1. Journalistic Ethics
All EditorialHub professionals must adhere to the fundamental principles of ethical journalism: truth, accuracy, independence, impartiality, and humanity. Fabricating information, plagiarizing content, or deliberately distorting facts are unacceptable behaviors subject to immediate dismissal.
2. Conflicts of Interest
Employees must declare any potential conflict of interest that could compromise their objectivity. It is prohibited to accept gifts, trips, or any benefits from sources or entities that may be subject to editorial coverage.
3. Source Confidentiality
Protecting confidential sources is a fundamental duty of every EditorialHub journalist. The identity of sources that request anonymity must be preserved under all circumstances, except when there is a court order.

4. Respect and Diversity
EditorialHub promotes an inclusive and respectful work environment. Discrimination, harassment, or any form of prejudice based on race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, nationality, or disability will not be tolerated.
